Always a treat to hang out with charismatic celebrity chef Todd English at The Plaza Hotel and this time I also got a few cooking lessons. Now if only I could get those insane Italian truffles he had! Chef English’s Food Hall at The Plaza is one of New York City’s best-kept secrets. Talk about a fun foodie find. It’s like a chic underground mall of amazing culinary. TRAVEL THERAPY and Food Therapy, two of my favorite things!
