So I’ve been hearing about this AMAZING salad at the Beverly Hills Hotel & Bungalows famous celebrity favorite Polo Lounge so when that’s what one of my BFF’s wanted for her birthday lunch I knew it was time to check it out. Honestly, I always call salads “rabbit food”, not a huge fan usually, but after trying the McCarthy Salad, a really cool version of a Cobb, I too, am now hooked. The folks at the hotel told me around 40% of their orders at the Polo Lounge are the McCarthy Salad alone! I’m also hearing great things about the Sunday Brunch with live Jazz music so now I’m adding that to the “try next” Travel Therapy list.
